Tom Harkin Says Public Option Is Dead For Now

WASHINGTON -- The chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, Iowa Democrat Tom Harkin, told Salon Wednesday night that a public healthcare insurance option won't make into reform legislation this year.
