Kidney Dysplasia: 'Modern Family' Actress Sarah Hyland Opens Up ...
"Modern Family" actress Sarah Hyland has kidney dysplasia and underwent a kidney transplant this year, Seventeen magazine reported. Hyland, 21, told the magazine that her father donated one of his kidneys to her.
