Tropical Storm Bud Brushes Mexico's Pacific Coast

MIAMI — Bud is weakening and becoming increasingly disorganized in the Pacific just off Mexico. The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami said Saturday that Bud had degenerated to a remnant low.
